AfroAG

Terms of Service

Template version 2026-01 — requires review by qualified local counsel in each operating country before launch.

1. The service

AfroAg operates an online marketplace that enables the discovery, listing, verification support, and negotiation of agricultural land and agro-related properties. AfroAg is not a party to any sale, is not a real-estate broker, law firm, bank, escrow agent, or financial institution, and does not hold, transfer, or process purchase funds.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration information. Sellers and brokers must complete identity verification before publishing listings. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Listings and verification

Sellers warrant that they have the legal right to offer the listed property. Verification badges and due diligence summaries reflect checks performed at a point in time and are provided for information only; they are not a warranty of title, condition, or value. Buyers must complete their own independent verification with qualified local professionals.

4. Prohibited conduct

You may not post fraudulent or misleading listings; attempt to move transactions off-platform to evade verification; harvest user data; interfere with the service's security; or use the platform for money laundering or any unlawful purpose. Violations may result in suspension and referral to authorities.

5. Fees

Applicable listing, verification, or success fees are displayed before you incur them. [Configure per jurisdiction.]

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AfroAg is not liable for losses arising from transactions between users, the accuracy of listings, or decisions made in reliance on due diligence summaries. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Governing law and disputes

[Set governing law and dispute-resolution forum per operating entity — local counsel review required.]
